The idea for this piece was inspired by taking walks in the woods. While out in nature, I would come across elements of people whom had been there before. This piece is open to many interpretations about the environment and how fragments of humanity can be found in most places. Discarded items sometimes end up in nature after they have been replaced or have become obsolete. Moss has started to grow on these objects. They are surrounded in the environment in which they were “found”. They have not started to decay because they are not biodegradable.
